Moisture Assessment
Extended exposure to moisture can damage homes and lead to mold issues. Through a visual inspection, any suspected areas of moisture will be examined and tested for moisture levels. Knowing where water is potentially present in the home, can give you insight as to the entry point and the integrity of surrounding structures as well. A thorough visual inspection will be detailed in the report.
Drone Inspection
Drone inspections, while not always necessary, allow a close-up visual review of a home's roof and other hard-to-access areas, providing a safe way to do a complete inspection. With a drone, you can get up close and personal with any issues and get crystal clear photos to illustrate any problem areas. Radon Testing
According to the EPA, the entire state of Iowa is considered at high risk for radon gas in homes. High levels of radon can be found in any type of home, so it is important for everyone to test their home. Radon is the leading cause of lung cancer in non-smokers. We'll test your home for Radon and suggest monitoring and mitigation methods for your peace of mind. This service can be added on to any inspection.
